I take photos in black and white since 2008. The reason of doing so is the inner urge to leave something personal by documenting real/everyday life, and the anguish/thrill of how decent the next frame will look like. Photography is like a mathematical equation; it works when all the pieces fall in the right place. A good result rarely comes, failure is always present but in this constant (self-improving) endeavour lies the beauty!
Favourite ones among many: Josef Koudelka, Jason Eskenazi, Tony Ray-Jones and Greek photographers like N. Economopoulos, John Demos, I. Bourgiotis, K. Ordolis and T. Roidakis.
